About Our Founder and CEO
Nikki Hamilton, PhD, is a 20+ year veteran educator, entrepreneur, business developer, trainer, and administrator with a passion for helping others materialize real solutions for their professional needs, whether it be in the area of academia, non-profit business, or profitable business endeavors.
Nikki has worked in broad-field and specialized educational and administrative roles ranging from early care and education through graduate education. Additionally, Nikki has founded several successful business and previously managed a multi-million dollar non-profit for 5 years as a director.
Nikki holds a bachelor's degree from Spelman College, having earned a master's degree, post graduate certificate in College Teaching, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Professional Studies in Education. Additionally, Nikki is multi-lingual and multi-modal in her approach to successful coaching and consulting.
